Prognostic optimization group web app

I have designed a complete patient portal for a telehealth SaaS web app to make accessing healthcare simple, clear and well organised. The project includes onboarding, insurance and payment setup, management of medical histories, doctor profiles, consultation chat, visit summaries and patient dashboards.

The interface is clean and easy to scan, so users can complete important tasks without confusion. With clear form layouts, guided workflows and structured health records, the design reduces friction during registration and ongoing care. The main goal was to create a calm and trustworthy experience for both first-time patients and returning users throughout their healthcare journey.
